Patina & Entropy
An aspect of the world that I find often beautiful is entropy, decay. It is lamented by many but is after all a necessary condition for life. I love the patina of a well used object far more than the same object when shiny and new.

If Gold Tarnished II. Gold is usually revered for its constancy. It holds its value precisely because it does not tarnish or change in any way. Like most, I love the colour gold but n this series I seek to improve on the quality I personally find tedious.
